In our busy lives sometimes taking time to move slowly and ease into movements is the best thing we can do for our entire being.
This is a great Gentle Pilates class for beginners and will take you through some of the motions and Pilates exercises. You will not feel rushed so you can really tune into yourself.
If you are not new to Pilates this is still such a valuable sequence to have for days when you want to move slower. My hope is that you will always honor where you are today and sometimes taking time to restore and refresh is just what we need.
