If the front of your thighs or hips overwork when you are seated or doing exercises for the abs, this Tuesday Tip video will give you insight on how to refocus your work to put the emphasis for each exercise where it should be.
Hint: it is not just about stretching the hip flexors. It is also about making sure that you don’t have stiff hips while sitting (don’t worry I have tips for that) and ensuring that the hips aren’t taking over for Pilates ab exercises.
