Summer fun seems like a distant memory and one way I keep my life in balance is to fit in effective Pilates workouts that can help me with the daily demands.
If you have been doing Pilates mat classes with me for a while, you know I love to make the classes work for where we are now. Sometimes that means adding different variations and other times that means taking workouts with us when we vacation.
This month, I’ll be sharing some of my personal workouts including Pilates, Yoga and a Pilates Yoga Fusion class.
All of the short workouts are super effective because whether we are having fun or just during a busy, I want to ensure that you can fit a Pilates workout into your routine.
