The first segment of this Vlogtober Video features a quote from Joseph Pilates book Return to Life that is packed with goodness.
Since the weather was gorgeous on Thursday, the second segment of the Vlogtober Video showcases how I sometimes unwind from work taking a brief 20 minute walk. I also talk you through my meal prep for dinner and lunch the next day.
Lastly, since my body was feeling a little off, I chose to do a 5 minute Pilates based movement sequence using an exercise ball. The 5 minute Pilates ball exercise mat class is a perfect way to unwind from work with Pilates or even a great way to wake up first thing in the morning.
